I get whiteheads on my face and my friend says that pricking them with a needle then sqeezing works for her but it does leave her with horrible inflammation so I'd rather not
esp. with the risk of infection. Do any abers know of a safe painfree way of getting rid of them. PLEASE

Dont prick them! If you must get rid of them just squeeze with clean hands but the pin thing could infect them!

The best thing to do is not squeeze, they are also easier to conceal if they're not squeezed!

ive had these removed at college (beauty section). First they steamed my face, then used a tiny sterile lance. then they put a tiny hole in spot.Lastley they used two cotton buds (one either side of spot) and gently rolled buds in back and forth until the white pip comes out. The ones that wouldnt come out fell out by themselves a few days later. The bad news is that more have come back even though i cleanse tone and moisturise!
