I'd like to lose 6 pounds but i don't want to go through the whole exercising routine as no1 i can't be bothered and no2 i hate exercising and i can never motivate myself to do it. Is there any way that i can lose the weight without having to work out and if i do need to then can anyone recommend some simple routines that i can do. Also how often should i do them? Thanks.
Do you know what ket, i hate it too but unfortunately due to age creepin up on me ,39 in july, i have resigned myself to the fact that if you wanna lose it you gotta put the effort in im afraid.And have maid the decision to join on monday.It used to be so easy for me to lose it but not any more.I have been on a seriously healthly eatin trip for the last 2 weeks but im only just maintainin and not losin ...so gym here i come.
I had a diet where you lose a stone in 2 weeks, I lost it in a week, no excercise, just stick to the diet, it was hard at first but after a couple of days you see the pounds drop off
I wasn`t a lardarse either, 6 ft 2" tall and 15st, I only went on it to lose some excess baggage
