Welcome to my world!! I feel better after drinking lucozade, having 2 paracetemols with lots of water and a lovely bacon butty made by my loving mother!

Hope you feel better soon! I'm never drinking again, I mean it this time!!

I can sympathise....I was like that on Friday night. Spent most of Saturday morning bent over the toilets....Nice! :-( Although I have to admit I wasn't sick in bed (lol)...
Al I could do was wait for the feeling of sickness to subside, then try to eat something to settle my stomach. Still not great today!
Blurgh...Never again!

When is the shaking gonna stop *sob sob sob*
its too late this time but ---- if , a big if, you can remember to take Andrews, Enos or Alka Seltzer before you climb into bed, they will work on yout stomach whilst you sleep and in the morning you will go to the toilet and all the poison from the alcohol will leave your body and you will feel fine.
trusted remedy. You can take on waking the next morning in warm water, but then you have to wait for it to work.
Lots of crisps, 2 cups of coffee, fizzy water and some fresh fruit. That's what i've had this morning already and I feel miles better!
Vodka. Always does the trick for me.
