You will find someone i'm sure, when you stop looking is when you find him! Good luck and remember there is someone for everyone x
Well I am a year younger than you and have been single for 4 years. Am I bothered?
Not really.
Don't get me wrong I have had the odd encounter, but due to my well known high criteria for women I shall probably be single forever.
It's not that bad. How many married or committed men can fly off whenever they want?. Or go to the pub or Lodge whenever they choose?
Or look at women in the street?
Be single and enjoy getting to know yourself.

Hi sleepyj i have been in a couple of long-term disastrous relationships and i was physically and mentally mistreated but i thank god my daughter never witnessed any of it and i thought to myself that is it no more then at the age of 38 i found a very very lovely partner and we are still very happy together so do not give up hope sweetheart one day the right man will come along wishing you love and happiness megan
Basically i agree with whats been said, spesh the bit about bein happy with you rself first.I know someone who has gone in a pattern from one relationship to the next overlappin one to the other, never been on her own and would be horrified at the prospect.Personally theres alot to be said for bein on your own, for a few months years what ever, enjoy yourself.
Here is a little somthing to chear you up

hello again sleepyj, just to say when i was married my ex told me what a bad person, mother etc i was. and after a while when you get told the same thing day after day you believe it. i did, it took my parents and friends a good couple of years to convince me otherwise. i am a good mum and i have a funny, polite, normal, happy, slightly bonkers 13 year old son to prove it!!! you will overcome this, i believe in you and your children will too xxx
