why i cant sleep any one alive

It's probably like that tinitus thing, where you can hear the blood whooshing in your ears....... I get it when I'm tired.
Try blowing your nose, or put a little olive oil on a cotton bud and poke it (not too far mind!) in your ear and twirl it about.
