so how about if i go spinning tuesday and thursday and sometimes monday then swimming on a wednesday ? would that help, and then do situps every other night and use my skipping rope every other night? yay or nay?
The answer would be determined by your physical and biological conditions as well as spiritual. Also, are you getting �enough� from it, for what purpose are you doing it, what would be considered by you to be �enough�, and are you supplementing this with residual rest, relaxation and suitable �fuel� foods.
