50 sit ups and 30 arm stretches. Usually walk to walk but was cold this morning

walked to Tescos and back... oh and around Tescos....which probabaly took abooooooout 10 minutes altogether...

100 balls at the driving range (quite tiring!)
30 min brisk walk (up hill to supermarket)

well done you lot . i went on about 7 mile bike ride . it was nice . i live in the country so its great biking round the lanes .
