any make-up tips?...like just tips in general to do with eye-liner or anything?...im just rely bad with make-up...dont know what im doing...lol...cheers ppl

Coming from someone that is also useless with make-up and a very late starter in the make-up sector... i can only say the it depends on ur face, eye colour, hair etc...

I have light brown hair, brown eyes and quite a round face - and wear exactly the same make-up everyday....

Black Eye-liner - which i put on the bottom of my eyes...

Black Mascara

Light Brown blusher

brown lip liner and lip gloss.

on ebay, there are usually, Mac makeup cd roms available for about �4-5 - this is jam packed with pictures, tips, step by step instructions, guide to products etc etc.

when putting eyeliner on the lower lid, only line from the middle to the edge (as opposed to doing the whole eye)

it makes your eye look bigger, I always learn tips from looking at pictures of women with similar features (ie heat mag ect)

always use eyeliner as close to the eye as possible, sweep it up slightly at the edges to give you eye a nice shape. I wish I could show you !!

i always put eye liner on the rim bit near to my eye (where your tear duct is) and always find this easier than trying to avoid my eyelashes! but does smudge very easily!

mascara- dont "pump" the wand (push it up and down) as this pushes air into it and makes it clumpy, pull the wand out and scrape it off against the rim of the bottle and apply it slowly to your eyelashes (I always just do my top lashes)

lipstick- put lipbalm on first, apply lipstick, blot on tissue paper and apply again

blusher- smile and apply a little to the apples (sticky out bits of the cheeks) of your cheeks

never leave the house w'o atleast putting black mascara on. oh curl your lashes with a lash curler first.

i love make-up, but i never put it on unless i'm going out in public. but i try to atleast do my lashes.

use a fat blush brush to apply blush,,,on your cheek bones. smile real big .


blend your foundation. the mask look is hideous!


don't over pluck your brows.

keep it simple.

but don't be afraid of color.

if you do a smokey eye keep lips natural with gloss.

if you do dark lips keep your eyes simple.

never never never do both.

Ive heard of thay before allo, dark lips and natural eyes or dark eyes and natural lips, get it wrong and you look like a wh*re (so I have been told) lol!!!!

I always put a little bit of blusher in the sockets of my eyes - it's a real pick me up.
