i have pulled a muscle in my back,and the pain is running into my arm.
it is painful,can anyone reccomend any good remedies to ease the pain please

a gentle massage and perhaps an anti inflammatory - ibuprofen, available in supermarkets and chemists. Gentle movement too should help - often pain gets worse cause not moving the area properly.

pain running down your arm doesn't sound so good. Might be a bit more than a pull. I'd book a chiropractor.
Or go to your GP, as that doesnt cost anything.
the GP will give you brufen and tell you to come back in 2 weeks if it is sore. By then the damage could be done. G = General, jack of all trades, master of non

Obviously, because one can tell the quality of someone else's GP from two unrelated posts on the internet?????!!!!!
I was referring to your remarks about what the GP would do.I know for a fact mine would do more. Im sorry you have a problem with a light-hearted remark. ?????!!!!!! ( < for added effect)
