Your dad had a big shakespear? tee hee :>)

Anyways most people ask the opposite question to this and there is an industry devoted to hair removal but as for extra hair growth there isn't much you can do really....one splendid tip I did hear once is that lots of sex improves hair growth as it encourages blood flow to the folicles and speeds up the metabolism.....you could try gentle massage on the area you want more growth......I am not aware of any dietary changes that will help.

how old are you? full beards can take a long time to develop...they continually thicken throughout adult life. I men at 20 I could do a goatee, but by 23 i grew a badger-swallower. And then shaved it off as it repels women like nothing else. Time is the best for filling in the gaps. Also go to a good barber for advice on trimming to make the most of what you have.

Inci, beards may repel most women, but not me!!! I don't like goatees or ponsy designer beards, but anything from stubble (yum yum) to an inch of growth, I find very appealing. Most men look great with a beard, but mainly dark-haired blokes. Ginger Cook does nothing for me at all though........
Sorry cornflake, forgot to answer your question! One of sft's ideas about a certain activity is interesting. My husband can grow a great beard........
useless info alert! drinking sasparilla boosts testosterone levels, so that could help, however don't blame me if you go bald!
