Oh god yes, nothing is as good as a freebie! I used to steal the massive sacks of spuds from ASDA, just hang it off the back of your trolley and "forget" to put it through the checkout. It worked everytime, but I had a wonderful "oh my god I can't believe I forgot to pay!" routine all worked out.
oh bless pippa . i never put my hands in my pockets when i walk out a shop in case they think i have nicked some thing . i could never nick from a shop .
I'd like to say I've stolen a few hearts ~ but I'd be lying LOL
I've never stolen from a shop, but have nicked a cabbage from a field (was at uni and broke and needed veggies for dinner)
Also used to go scrumping with my brother in the pear orchard owned by the local farmer. He caught us one day and said if we helped pick up the windfalls he'd let us have a bag every week during the season. That was great, but somehow it took the thrill away.
Yes like other 14-16 year olds loads of make up and clothes. Although my friend and I did steal (unsuccessfully a couple of bags of fruit and veg, We were hacked off that we couldn't nick anything inside the shop because the shop keeper was being vigilant!!! Typical teenagers we thought we were being hard done by. He caught us and we gave false names and addresses, 30 + years on and I can still not go past that shop
I've not stolen much. A cream egg when I was 4 or 5 coz I wasn't allowed one and i felt so guilty that i ate it under my bed! A packet of fruit pastels when I was on exam leave in 4th year for a dare, and an out of date carton of ribeana from a vending machine inside a derelict cinema that we broke into one night when we were p1ssed aged about 16 to have a look around and I got a nasty cut from barbed wire getting out by shimmying down a drainpipe that was covered in it and I may well have inhaled lots of asbestos at the same time! Didn't steal anything at all when I was homeless or using, a fact I'm extremely proud of!
I did a lot of naughty things when I was young, including that, and it almost ended up with me getting into serious trouble, a lot more serious than shoplifting.
Thank you ummmm, I have behaved myself since my wife became pregnant, long time ago now, and I am so glad I took a different road to the blokes I was with then, 2 of them are dead, might I add quite young. so I was lucky.take care ummmmy xx
Hi sleepy, not proud to say, but yes, I walked a tightrope for a while, I now never even get a parking ticket, lol, I learnt my lesson, before I got hurt or hurt others. xx
