My friend's having a girls night in for her hen night. She's talking about watching lots of girly films, stuff like that... Anyone got any ideas how to make her last night of freedom slightly less tame and slightly more memorable? The more original the better! Thanks
Nice thought Daisy,
depends what she likes?
Give us some clues about her....
Maybe book a beauty theropist for the night so you all can be pampered while watching dirty dancing/footloose etc
Or booking a dj to come play some tunes in your front room!
Book a celeb guest!! Robbie Williams can be booked for a couple of 10grand!! apparently!
thanks sunflower, i think she'd like the beuty therapist idea. The bride is 24, quite a "girly girl", not much of a drinker... My problem is that i don't know many of the other girls who are going, so i don't know what they'd be up for...
If it's a hen night at her house then she's obviously more of a homely girlie-girl. If you don't know the others too well then I'd avoid anything too risqu. Why not make it a classy, eccentric, self-indulgent night instead? Suggest that everyone treats it as a formal black-tie type event and all the girls have to wear evening gowns and tiaras. Then arrange a sit-down dinner of champagne and lobster (or equivalent - but something that's cooked for you by M&S or the like!). The girls can get changed after the dinner if they prefer.
If you're looking for film suggestions then why don't you go for something a little bit racy that empowers women? 'Secretary' is a great film, but does need concentration. Otherwise something like 'Flashdance' or 'Nine to Five' for added cheese-factor!
Yes I love the idea of the beauty theropist and maybe even get 2 in, pedicures and manicures, head massages , spray tans even etc
Order some food in and watch some classics.
I know some girls like the sort of stripper stuff but it doesnt sound like she would like it.
Can you contact the other girls, see what they think?Maybe get some quotes in first so you can work out how much it will work out each?
