Clutter or minimalistic ?

Hi there fellow ABers . Do you keep a lot in your home and collect clutter , and store things saying " that may come in handy one day ". or do you prefer the minimalistic home decor ?

hi bigmamma!! i have to say i'm more of a minimalist, i hate clutter!! but i don't like it completely stark. just tidy and not too much on show if that makes sense. lol xXx

I'm the same as posy. I like everything around me to be neat and tidy......So I shove everything in cupboards.

Lots and lots of stuff in the house, comes from combining two homes into one, I could never be minimalistic!!! I like lots of stuff around me!!

I hate clutter. I tend to throw everything out and then a couple of weeks later realise that it may have come in handy after all!

I just hate clutter around my home.
Having said that, I have so many items that I cannot part with as some things I got from my Son and some things belonged to my late Mum.
Things are put away in boxes or in drawers as I always seem to think I may have a need for them at a later date. All the setimental items are kept though.

i dont like a lot off clutter hate it .my cupboards have to be clear as well . even when i was in tesco to day my trolley had to be neat and tidy . my son was moaning he said just chuck it all in :0

awww cruella sweetie I know what you mean , I too have a few boxes of treasured items in the cupboard that I will not throw out :-)

I like my house tidy with not too much clutter, a happy medium, the rest of the family are major cleptomaniacs and so I spend most of the time sneakily disposing of clutter or trying to put it somewhere tidy :S
