im so scared, and i am going on my birthday!! when the woman was taking my details she asked for my date of birth and i replied that its the 29th of may - she said "oh what a shame, so nervous about it and you are coming in on your birthday"!!!! she was lovely though so thats already put me at ease, think thats where my fear has come from - scary receptionists and angry looking dentists with drills !!!

What a lot of terrible dreams! I had an awful nightmare a year or so ago that now makes me and hub laugh - even though at the time it was one of those really anxious, can't escape, nothing works sort of nightmares. I was being chased, trying to throw things in the way of someone unknown chasing me, closing doors, running upstairs - you know the kind of thing. It ended up with me being stuck in a room with no way out, so I turned round to attack the attacker with a lump of wood that I suddenly had in my hand. I whacked and whacked in a frenzy at this man who by now had a face that was covered in blood and gore, and guess who it was? It was Ben Fogle, the original Castaway chap with the dog. It was the most terrifying, but later on the funniest nightmare ever! My hub remembers it every time he comes on TV, and asks what he ever did to p!$$ me off so much!!
I also have a recurring nightmare that my mouth is full of chewing gum and I can't talk or get it out. If I pull it, my tongue comes out with it. I have this dream at least 3 times a month - anybody have any idea at all what that might mean?! It always shakes me up badly and I'm not THAT stressed really...! :-\
