Have you tried them joko?

Do they work, and how?
Maybe they're more of a placebo?

I have indeed tried them and find them both beneficial.

i use the kalms to help me sleep sometimes - thought they won't make you sleepy, and the rescue remedy for when i am out and it is a nervy situation, like a meeting, an interview, etc

i suppose there is potential for placebo effects, for some people - but i don't think i am the sort who would be effected by something that i know could be a placebo - if you get me - if anything i think knowing something could just be a placebo would make me worse - i am always sceptical of remedies etc and try to test them properly - so i feel these do help.
Am sorry to dissalusine you all on here but kalms rescue remedy is all one thing they are not 2 different items but the same as you well know ME AND MY DOG BOTH TAKE IT AND IT DON FKING WORK DOES IT.
Whoopps sorry as you can see it does not work.
Ah sorry about that but have takensomething stronger now and am back to normal (whattever that means) .
On as sillarse note now calms rescue remedie that you can buy of your local chemist somebody recommended me a few years ago for my dog as he was a bit hyper and it is a herbal remidee and it did seem to have the effect on him to calm him down a lot and I must admit I was under a lot of stress at the time as well so thought that I would try it and it did work .
We both dont need it now though as we are both so much more laid back now and would well recomend it. for something just to get you through a tuffy time
And by the way you dont take them as in pills you drop them on your tounge in cheek.........

knobby - you are confused - kalms and rescue remedy are two different things

kalms are a bottle of white tablets

RR is a bottle of liquid with a dropper.

perhaps you are mixing up the RR brand name of 'bach flower remedy'...?
I've used both Kalms and Rescue Remedy in the past. and found them both effective. They don't make you feel odd or woozy or anything. Funny thing is they didn't actually make me feel very different to normal as the effect is very subtle, but they definitely do chill you out when you are a bit stressed or nervous.
