Now I know you won't believe me but .....
About half an hour before take off, get a friend to rub a copper coin up and down the nape of your neck whilst you hold your head down with your chin on your chest. Keep this up for just ten minutes, slowly, and gently so as not to irritate the skin. I assure you that your flight will be panic free.
There! I knew you'd be sceptical. But ... wait .... it actually works!

I used to suffer from the fear of flying (BIG TIME) until last year. To keep it short I missed out on a WOW holiday with my wife and knew that I needed to sort it out. Previously I took varies GP prescribed drugs and in the beginning they were OK but fear has a habit of escalating till it directed me not to fly full stop!
Last September I did the Virgin, Flying without Fear course,
230 for the day including 45 min flight.
Since the course I have flown six times and can say its somewhat exciting. Fear doesnt like facts. I cant believe I am writing this because I think airplanes are just amazing!! Hope it works out for you.

The time while you are on the plane before take-off, and the actual take-off itself are usually the most frightening. But, once you have been in the air for 10 minutes (provided you don't fly into storm clouds, when there will be turbulence!), you will soon relax, have a drink, watch a movie....have a meal (airline food varies)..you will be fine! Millions of people fly every day, with no problem.
