Digital Hearing Aid

My dad is trying to get a digital hearing aid - the best on the market - which apparently costs �6000 for two!! Is there anywhere in the Surrey area (or South London) who is a little less expensive with their charges? I think he went to a franchise - the one that has the �200 special offer at the moment - but he would still have had to take out a mortgage for these hearing aids. Needless to say he still can't hear anything .......

I know this sounds silly, but Specsavers do hearing aids and they are a lot cheaper than other places.

Specsavers do hearing aids - but they do not work out any cheaper than anywhere else. They charge for lots of extras - the same as with their glasses.
