why did you not want to say no?
you cant live your life saying yes all the time just because you dont want to hurt them,you will hurt them more in the long run, especially if you are just experimenting at the mo.
you do not have to tell any one at the present time because you are not sure are you which way 'you swing' lets say.
Its sounds like you are quite young and if this is so give your self some time to adjust to the situation dont jump into any thing to quickly it may be that you like both!!
I would nt tell any one yet until your absolutely sure which in my opinion would take some months if not years.

Just go with the flow honey. Believe me it's better to be who YOU want to be than anyone else. If you truly believe you're that person then nobody can say anything against it.
Don't worry about how you'll tell them, it's only happened once, if it happens again, it you carry on the relationship etc, then just tell them when YOU want to tell them.
Remember, at the end of the day it's not up to them, it's up to you.
