My quiestion here is what do you think about the 100 ml max of liquid that you can take on a plane. We have just come back from mallorca and on the flight home we was 6 killos overweight and they tried to charge us 60 for the privelage so started to upload the conntents of our suitecases into our hand luggage (you know the type of heavy things like ipod speakers, hair dryers, travel kettles, bacardi, vibrators, etc etc) eventually we got to dead on 40 kilos and was not bothered about the litre of bacardi as have always been able to come back from abroad b4 with more than 100ml of liquid. But low and behold they have changed the rules now and apparantly you cant, as we went through the scanner the spanish plonker said to me no alchol and started to try to take the bottle of bacardi of me. After about 5 mins of arguing the tos and arm wrestling with half the spanish police they finnaly took the bottle of me. But I went away with a smile and you know why that was, they may have taken the bottle of bacardi of me but they forgot to check again about the half bottle of vodka that was in the same bag and went on that plane LMBO

Have you never even thought about that and this is the point that I am trying to make, sorry do not want to be insulting here but the words rodney and plonker spring to mind about you answer

I don't find your behavior responsible, grown up nor acceptable if indeed the tale is true. It is every one's duty to adhere to these regulations, they are for every one's safety, I am on a plane to Jerez in Spain in 28 days time and if i meet a clown like you at the airport i shall make sure i let my opinion of them be known, how can you jeopardise an entire jet full of people and then feel proud of it. Yobbish mentality and not funny. (smiley purposefully omitted)

Hey lets get one thing straight here you all seem to be missing the point what I am trying to say here you had to laugh at there incompetence, If not you would cry I know exactly where you are coming from and I was 300 yards away from the bus that blew up in london on 7/7 and walked by that exact spot an hour before.
Please do you see what I am trying to say that if the security at an airport is so easliy breached like what I done then god help us

Or are you saying that it is not worth Knobby attempting to take part in a debate he started? Is that not what we are prone to do on here? If you have an opinion on answerbank you are well within the guidelines to reasonably give it, which i have, would you not think it would be better to suggest knobby refrains from insults and sticks to the issues under discussion?
