Any ideas?

Hope you feel better soon as i no how it feels

Hi
I've had hayfever for years and have tried everything to get rid of it.
The only thing I can find that does me any good is Cetrizine Dihydrochloride (known as Zirtek) but I get it from Sainsburys or Tesco (where they are rebranded as "own brand" hayfever and allergy relief) as it works out cheaper than getting it on prescription (It is 87p for 7 tablets that you take one a day)

The other thing that helps me is snorting water up my nose and blowing it out! Sounds disgusting but it clears the pollen out of my nose and stops me from sneezing as much!

My hayfever started with a vengence last weeked too.
(grass pollen).
I have an antihistamine each day, but I also use Tesco hayfever nasal spray morning and evening, which I cant do without as it gives me such relief from runny itchy nose.
My problem at the moment is itchy eyes, so I will go with the suggestion of eyedrops. Will buy some tomorrow.
