Holiday Season

I finish for my two week holibobs today and im soooo excited (its great for the body & Soul). So my question is should i bother to work today or should i just let everyone else cover for me for the day?

i think you should work because you'll feel so good at the end of the day plus does anyone actually do any work on a last day when their holiday starts the next day or do we all just day dream out the window waiting to go home and jet off. Have a great couple of weeks!

Ive been day dreaming for weeks already so another day of it wont hurt! I do have some work to get through but it think i may just extend it to the whole day!

As my old boss used to say "holiday mode".

It was always brought up when a member off staff was on holiday and some probelm came up. "Huh that sarah, she was obviously on holiday mode last week" blah blah blah!

I reckon if you do do your work today, your day will go quicker!

Don't do any work. What's the point? Nobody will do any of your work while you're away anyway. You'll be coming back to the same cr&p so 1 more day isn't going to make any difference.

You need to be out of sight though, otherwise people might land some additional work your way. Try hiding under your desk, or better still, your boss's desk, 'cos he'll never think of looking there. Or you could hijack a toilet cubicle for the day.

well ive just recently moved office so i can just close the door and put my 'im busy so leave me alone' look on my face and happily surf the net all day!!

I think they are fed up with me saying - i finish for two weeks tonight and only 8 days to the wedding, so i better shut up for a while.
