Friends...Are you still making an effort?

It has occured to me since discovering AB that I spend more time and effort on this site, answering the Q's and reading the dilemma's of people I have never met than actually getting off my backside and going out to see my actually friends !

How many of you spend more time on here than chatting to your "real" friends i.e people you know face to face??

i am on here far to much but i do still see and talk to my real friends as much as i did before ab ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but i don't do as much exercise like i use to its making me fat and lazy ............................................:(

When I first discovered AB in June 2005, I kind of got addicted and was on CB 24/7. But back then CB was busy 24/7 and a post would appear every 30 seconds... Blink and you miss it! I found I was seeing my friends less and if I got invited out I would wonder what I was missing on CB and I would rush home and log in! Luckily now I have curbed the habit.... I can go away for ages and not care that I might miss something.

I'm only on here when I'm at work, I don't come on here in my spare time and would never choose this over the real thing.

I can see though that, say if I moved somewhere where I didn't know anyone, that this site would be good for me.

I can sadly say i spend more hours talking to you bunch of morons than i do with my friends now. Mainly because i'm preggers so cant get out as much/go out on the pi$$.
U are very lucky people.
