Has anybody here had a growth spurt

In their mid twenties? I just got a health check at work yesterday and found out I was about an inch and a half taller than I thought I was and I had been that big since I was 15! Is that a bit weird or could I be about to have a growth spurt? As far as I was aware at the time I never had a growth spurt when I was younger, I always just seemed to be tall and grew at a steady pace but I've grown an inch and a half in the last year and am currently just over 6'5", at 24 how much taller do you think I will grow?

What i wouldnt give for a few more inches ;-) I'm a short ar$e !!!! I think my growth spurt occured at the age of 7 1/2 and that was that!

You dont need to get any taller at 6' 5" do you? I would imagine that that has got to be about it for you but who knows. You're a bit old to still be growing!

That's what I thought but I've grown an inch and a half in the last year! I even took my shoes off because he said that I was over 6'6 with them on and I thought I was 6'3 and 3/4!

I was very late with mine. I grew approx. 5-6 inches at university between about 18-20 years old.

It's weird looking at my university photos and seeing myself grow taller than my friends over the 3 years

Nick are you one of those guys thats says they are 5'10 when in fact they are actually 5'8. Not mentioning any names but I know someone who does that.
