Is breast surgery site ethical?

A website offering women the chance to get free breast implants has been criticized by plastic surgeons. The site offers women the chance to put up a profile and then be put in contact with men willing to pay for their surgery. The site is based in America, but a leading plastic surgeon commented, 'I thought I could no longer be appalled by the circus-like atmosphere surrounding plastic surgery, but this is really quite shocking'. Is this a step too far in the search for the perfect body? Do you think sites like this should be allowed?

Katie test drove one. Don't bother!!!! It may have moved on from the wooden bodies of the old Morgans, but the engine lump is just the same. Utter crap! Also have you seen one in person? a lot smaller than the pictures say.You want a British sports car with real presence get one of these.

I think it would be better served in China or Russia. Although the average yank is fairly stupid, they are very shrewd with money. Your communist weirdo will be much willing to part with the new money they have aclimatized to.

Also all these "spangley" Western things will be new to them.

My only criticism of the idea, would be why shop at Ebay? Surely Tiffany's and Harrods would be better! If you get more money than anticipated, one could even go to Dorothy Perkins!!!!!
