Can you tell me the silliest, the most unusual name or the most old-fashioned you can think of for a boy or a girl? (In fact, it's for a huge toy polar bear in a "guess it and win it" competition raising money for charity and school!) I know I could trawl baby name websites, but this would be more fun. And as it's for a good cause, I thought it'd be good for your Bodies and Souls too....(ed, please take note!)

The first one is WILBUR, just to get you started xx

I'm liking cazzz's suggestion of Cuthbert myself. But I also like the sound of Penelope Polar Bear.

Let us know what you decide to call it, I'm curious now!
You will probably think I am telling fibs here but my Grandad was christened 'Chestnut' Funnily enough he goes by his middle name.

I will keep you all posted! The school fair is on Friday, but I have to choose three names out of fifty and keep them secret from all the little ones buying their 30p ticket for a name. (Three in case we don't sell them all!) It's great fun, and the polar bear is HUGE - bigger than most of the children in fact!!!

I'm glad they gave me this job - it could have been the hot dogs. Not half as much fun lol
