Do you think it's a good idea to date your hairdresser when he does your hair better than anyone else?

You obviously see a future together then ?
Do you mean you met him before he did your hair, and then you let him do your hair , or he has done your hair and you want to know if you should date him? What is his input?
I read it like she wants to go out with him but if it doesn't last who will do her hair. As he does it better than anyone else.
I can't see any other reason TO date one!
right, so if she went out with him and then it all went wrong, she thinks he has potential to be a nasty git and stop doing her hair just out of spite, in that case don't go out with him he sounds a not nice guy.
Unless you find another hairdresser now it could all end in tears.

Yes UMMMMMMM you are right. He's cut my hair three times now and i really think he's lovely. I'm sure he likes me too but i'm worryed what would happen if we did date and then brake up.
Question Author
I know DOT. I've just broken up with a guy who treated me so badly and i think that he's the one to restore my fath in men.
I don't mean to sound patronising, but I'm not sure that you can see a future with someone after meeting them 3 times? After all, any chat that you've had with him is surely part of his job? But anyway, to answer the question, it depends what's more important to you. You could easily find someone else who cuts your hair as well if you did get together and then break up, but it's not as easily to find a boyfriend!
definately alarm bells ringing here but never mind, good luck with him rebecca.
Beware hairdressers at all times, they have strange proclivities, I speak from long experience.
proclivities towards what, whiffey? (That's a wicked word by the way, I had to look it up, so you've taught me something today!)
Question Author
i'm not looking to marry him SASHA. I just thought it was a nice place to meet him rather than in a club when men are only after one thing. Why are alarm bells ringing DOT?
No, that's fair enough - perhaps I should have explained better. All I meant was that he might want a say in whether you date him or not, and after just 3 meetings it may not even have occured to him that there's anything else in it other than a client/customer relationship.
I have dabbled in the hairdressing industry from a small salon in Coulsdon.
Question:

If you dated him, then split, would you want him to continue doing your hair? Would he want to do it?

What's more important... your liking for him or the way HE does your hair...?
Many people find a vigorous scalp massage deeply erotic, particularly when bent backwards over the basin. This is bound to be at least part of the attraction.
I take it whiffey is still on the sauce...?
Question Author
I know PURPOSE, that's what i can't decide. If i did and we broke up i deffinately wouldn't want him to do my hair. But on the other hand i haven't meet a bloke like him and i really would like to get to know him better. i see what you mean SASHA, my sister told me to be careful if i did ask him out as he could say no then i'd have no boyfriend and disgusting hair
Then dont ask him out as such.........just suggest going out for a few drinks as mates and take it from there. You might find hes a complete idiot when hes out sociably or find his company is just what youre looking for.
I am actually horribly sober and writing database integration software. I'd rather be pickled and massaging scalps but you have to keep the ackers rolling in.
