Who has the most patience, Men or Woman?
28 Answers
There is a saying that goes:
Patience is a virtue,
possess it if you can,
never found in a Woman,
seldom in a Man.
On the whole I find this to be reasonably accurate, what do you think?

so overal yes men, but women when driving

I have no patience whatsoever. It is my worst trait I think . I try and try but then just get angry! I remember once my ex boyfriend was meant to pick me up from work at 5.30 and as time went by I got really angry and left work myself. I called him and gave me hell for being late and said I wouldn't bother seeing him that night as he coudln't be bothered picking me up on time and he said I was the most inpatient person he knew, he turned up no more than 10 mins late! I am always on time for everything and actually start feeling a bit sick if I am late for whatever reason. So, in my personal opinion I think men have the patient of saints, especially where I am concerned!
4getmenot - completely agree with that but a phone call to say you will be late sometimes wouldn't go amiss. Current boyfriend is well trained (!) if he is even going to be a minute or two late he will phone me and let me know as I have a really short fuse anyway, especially when it comes to punctuality!
If carakeel drops me off at work so she can use the car, she also picks me up after work! if she is late, forgotten, fallen asleep, I just start walking home, if she fails to come along shortly I will phone her just to ensure she is OK but never to chase her up as to why she hasn't arrived!! I would just walk home, only a couple of miles though!!
In my life I am more patient than my wife, unless of course I am sitting in the car with the engine running and my wife is re-adjusting her hair and changing her outfit once again. Situation reversed, my wife would probably explain that I should have started earlier and would probably end up driving off without me at very high speed she is the speed freak in our home.
Patience is the key to a lot of things. If you want a chicken, you wait for the egg to hatch. If you want an omelette you smash the egg. Best things come to those who wait, but the real trick is to do something else in the mean time.

lol... I've been waiting for years for mr B to put his dirty linen in the linen basket.
It was in the bedroom. Socks and shirts on the floor next to it.
I moved the linen basket to the bathroom. Yesterday? dirties on top of it. Lid was obviously too heavy.
This morning? thrown in the bath!!!
I'm still waiting lol....
I must be a very virtuous person then :-)

Well, I can assure you that RATTER is indeed a man of extreme patience and I am always told I am extremely patient as well, which might be why in the nearly 2 1/2 years we have been together we have never had a cross word between us. We each have things in our lives that can potentially try our patience, but are very good at dealing with them in a calm way. I have been married twice and both of my husbands were extremely impatient, something I found very hard to live with.
So, I think men are as good / bad as women and it all depends on the situation.

I think it's the other way round, I find that men hate waiting for things, queing(sp?) in shops gets my boyfriend really edgy and if he's waiting for me to get ready to leave the house, even if it's only a couple of minutes he can get really annoyed whereas I'm quite relaxed, don't mind queing too much, will wait for someone to get ready etc.
