Clear complexion tablets

Has anyone on answearbank tried clear complexion tablets?

If so what are your views on these, are they any good??

I used Asda skin hair and nails tablets and definately felt skin was better and nails stronger. You do need to keep taking them though and also depends how bad your skin is - wont help acne for example. Was obviously just because pumping extra vitamins into myself.

Yeah, I take these! My skin is a bit clearer, but it never was really bad in the first place. I just keep thinking maybe it really would be worse if I didn't keep taking them. They're worth a try, I'd say!
