went along to watch her, she is 5. the reception class sang a song which we were told had been altered in the last verse by one of the asian children in the (Catholic) school, the first two verses were very good, then when they sang the last verse the majority of people in the audience were a little stunned, they had changed the name Jesus to Allah!! It was a bit of a shock! Have you ever heard of such a thing?

The teachers who allowed this should be sacked, but they will probably get praise for it, the muslems are well on their way to take this country over, we just sit back and watch it happen.,

Curiosity, it is the absolute truth man, i was there! I know many of the parents were muttering and tutting. The reception teacher said before the children sang the song that this particular child, in class, had gone home and said that she had changed the name herself.

well i don't know what I can do to convince you there curiosity, we will be allowed a copy of the video the school took, we were not allowed to use any media devices at all. I absolutely assure you, it was true, it was the hymn he is too high you just can't get over him, you know the one I mean.

Sorry, I just have been brought up in Catholic Schools, My kids go to Catholic schools and this would just not happen in them. Yes they are taught about other religions, but never would the catholic celebration of their own faith be altered in this way ever.

This school is called St Cuthberts, it has been around since I was a lad and it has always been a catholic school, though the Church next door did close some time ago, there is not a strict policy on admittance to catholics only, my own granddaughter was baptised C of E and she goes to that school because it is a good school. I was thinking more from a copywrite angel myself, the person who wrote that hymn probably would have to give permission for the words to be changed surely at a public performance.

Curiosity, I sat there and listened to the teacher say it was going to happen and then i sat there and watched those 4 and 5 year olds sing it, when i get that video copy I shall make sure I get a copy on here for you to see, I don't do propaganda I am just telling you what happened. It's not something i was told, or something i read, i actually sat there and witnessed it happen tonight, it started at 6pm and finished at 7.45 and they sang all kinds of songs but this one will stick in my mind.

OK, I'm not being awkward here, I really arn't I just don't believe that that would happen in any of the Catholic establishments I have been in, oh and I've just asked 3 16 year olds to look at this who also have experienced Catholic & non denomination schools and they don't believe it. Where do you live?

Feena, just so happened that at the end of the reception class singing their song the headmaster then said this teacher had another placement in September and was given a bunch of flowers.

While your at it can you also mention to the school that most 5 year olds have their concerts in the afternoons not finishing at 7.45pm as they are recommended to go to bed around that time. It's the Key stage 2 or 3 who have their concerts at these times. I'd take a good look at this schools management if I were you.

I believe you tuppence. We had a new small housing estate go up about 8 years ago and it was lovely. Now 70% of it is practilly run by asylum seekers. I say run as they set up a commitee in order to have their indoor toilets taken out and turned around as they said they were offending Allah by showing their bums. They got their own way and all toilets have been re directed away from Allah's view all at the rate payers expence of course!
