Has anyone tried Danone Bio Activia? And does it work for them? It's supposed to help with slow digestion, swollen tummies etc? (You must have seen the tv commercials). Any feedback appreciated.

i was allergic to it ans came out in pink blemishes on my arms, i think it was the strawberry in it. I had the activia yogurts too and the same happened.
Had it with chips tonight, talk about eye of a needle.
Dont watch commercials.
A better idea is 2 pints of stout each evening. "Put a road through you", as my dad used to say,
they gave my toad warts
Not for me anyway ! Try eating stem ginger for digestive problems
I suffer with a bloated stomach and decided to give these a try. I had the Fat Free ones and had one a day for a month. I can honestly say that i think it made me worse! My digestion has been terrible since eating them, they really did not do the trick for me i'm afraid, i found i was more bloated than ever so i have given up on them! Any other tips on how to stop bloated tummies would be very welcomed!
All you are doing when you eat this stuff is introducing bacteria to your digestive system, your bodys own defence mechanism sees this as an alien bacteria which speeds up your metabolism to eject it, or to put it im laymans terms, makes you go for a quick sh1t.
Sometimes there may be an adverse reaction as in Dot's case, but generally these products are quite safe
