red red wine goes to my head....

Ok I'd like to ask how many of you out there get annoyed when you go to a party with your partner and they get drunk or they get annoyed with you because you've had one too many. I went to a wedding at weekend and everyone with a partner ended up arguing apart from me and my other mate. I just don't get it. I listened as people came up moaning saying 'oh he's/she's so drunk' so what!! If they wernt going out with them they'd be laughing at them and thinking yer he/shes having a good time. Then they say I'm just worried that they'll have an accident or not get home. What do you think they did when they were single!! My bloke got wasted but I loved watching him enjoying himself, I just say if you're sick you clear it up. I hate hearing mates on phones to their boyfriends saying you better not be drunk, why not???? I cant believe so many of them had fights, its ridiculous. Why as soon as people get in a couple are they then a 'couple' and not their own person.

Dont get me wrong, I like to have a drink occasionally and enjoy myself but he took it too far.
My new fella doesnt drink so when we were away with friends at the weekend all us mums persuaded the men to take the toddlers and put them to bed whilst we had a nice quiet drink in bar for 30 mins catch up. This was at 10.30
at 1am I woke him up whilst trying to get in room. I got key stuck in door and was trying not to giggle, this made me and my friend snort (you know what its like) and poor bf thought noise was me throwing up. He rushed to help me only to find me in a giggling heap at door.
I felt awful and apologised over and over until i passed out. He was fine about it though.
