I feel that it is a matter of attitude. You obviously feel that you are better than a "fat person". Cos you look "nice" doesn't make you a nice person! You will probably find that "fat People" don't rely on their looks but have developed a nice personality, tolerance and a sense of humour.
The more you feel sorry for yourself the worse things will get so "straighten up and fly right" look at people for who they are not what they look like. Maybe the "good looking guys" who are with "fat people" aren't that nice either!

totally agree, I was in tescos and this very slim attractive woman breezed past, the two young guys beside me both looked at her then smirked to each other, the one guy said to the other "hatchet face" and they both laughed.

To the others who made snide remarks. Where did I say in the post that I was slim or desparate? I said I was "not bad looking" Nor did I say anywhere that I was "better than a fat person" Geez you lot.

I asked if any other singletons felt the same. Didn't ask for you to make me feel worst than I did already. But I read this today. Feeling a lot better than I was. Thank you all very much.

Lasts nights post was a combination of many things, but probably too much gin and not enough tonic!
