When you have a drink and you end up crying your head off

is it just because of the drink or are you releasing repressed emotion. Going through a really bad time at the mo so struggling to separate the two. Would appreciate any reply

Hmmm, i have never cried off drink. I do agree with 4getmenot though, drink does relax the emotions.
It makes you think slower and in more depth.
Its better to cry though and let your emotions out in private as you may end up flipping on someone if you keep everything in.
If your going through a bad time though, your better off confiding in someone who you know you can blow your problems out to. You will feel much better afterwards, and maybe once you have told them , your problem may not be that bad after all, and they can offer support...
