This may sound weird...But how does a person develop a consistant social life? If you know what I mean.

Join a club of some sort
Have a designated night for going out with friends
Meet up with friends with at least once a week for lunch.
Partake in the weekly pub quiz at the local pub with a group of friends.
Start a new hobby and meet some new friends
Organise days out on a regular basis.
