Pamper Party Ideas

I'm having a pamper party for a few friends at home on Saturday, and was after some ideas for what to do. I already have a foor spa and face sauna, and am going to get some face packs...any other good ideas?

I used to do parties for ladies and I can guarantee that a gentle neck and shoulder massage will go down very well. Most people can tackle this, it should be 3 to 5 mins ish, avoid spinal bones and do as you would when you ease your own shoulder muscles. Use a non greasy base oil and a little lavender oil, if liked, for relaxation.
Recipients eyes should be closed and finish by asking them to breath in the aroma from givers hands.Arrange so each gives and gets a massage - its usually nice for the masseur too.

Absolutely Polliana. Dont get everyone going tho, its Monday morning!!. The men in my company were very successful. Its a different world when a fella talks (and does) massage etc. One young guy applying to become a consultant and 'do' parties asked if we thought any of the ladies would mind if he turned up in his bikers leathers!?!?!

I'm a massage therapist so can do a few mini-massages, but was thinking more along the lines of treatments we could easily do.

What about a mud wrap? You'll need plenty of cling film and towels though.

How about painting each others toe and finger nails, my friend used to hold girlie nights every month, we'd get through a few bottles of wine, do the face masks paint our nails, put cumcumber on our eyes then we'd do like a secret santa type game. Everyone would have to bring a present under �5 so it was usually something daft, drinking games, face paints or mini travel games, the more wine you have the more fun it became!
