someone please help me on how to put on weight and mass. my weight is 50 kg and height is 5'5" vital stats 32, 25,35 i basically wanna widen my hips ... i need to do this in three months...
If you are an adult, then you need to get along to a gym and get assessed by a personal trainer. They can give you the low-down on what fitness regime would be right for you, and possibly point you in the direction of a sports nutritionist.
Alternatively you could wait until after you have had children and your hips will naturally widen.
age is def a vital keypoint in this matter i agree, i am not a big fan of so called personal trainers in gyms with their straight out of a college text book patter. Each person is dif without doubt, what works for some, may not work for others. If its weight and mass ya need quickly but as healthy as possible then get down to a health food store and check out the crash weight gain stuff, usually in a powder form and it works too.
oh ya n one more thing i wanted to know.. ppl please tell me ... what do u think of 32, 25 and 35... is it ugly bad okay could be better average.. how much do u think it shud be to have a proportionate body?
For your age and height you seem to be in a healthy weight range . Probably a size 10 in clothes? You are in a healthy BMI range too. Eat regular healthy food and get plenty excersise and your body will gradually fill out , especially at the hips , as you mature more .:-)
