Who does it, why do you do it, whats it like, what technique do you use?
I meditate for about 60mins in 2 sessions of 30mins each day and it helps me to relax and forget the stresses of work and life.
Also on my days of i sit outside in the garden if its nice and i take a lovley astral nap.
I did it once and left the iron on, it burnt through the table at work and if it hadn't pulled itself out of the socket it would have most likley set the building on fire. oh dear.

Now think of a place were you really enjoy going and just keep thinking of that thought and try and imagine that landscape in every detail. Start to feel all the textures and then slowly, when your done, count to 20 and back down again, whilst gently swaying your body from side to side and moving your arms and legs slowly, then you should open your eyes and feel calm and refreshed.
