Bitten

i have been bitten on the upper arm in the last 20 mins or so, not sure by what but it is swelling up and going bright red!!!!!!!! Never felt a thing but it is really stinging now, it feels red hot to the touch too! All the way to bloody Turkey and not one bite, sit in yoru own kitchen and the swines get me!!!!!! Shall i take a piriton and put some savlon on it? I haven't had a drink thank goodness.
