my hubby prefers his pc game
36 Answers
Hi, yes my usual gripe on here, hubby and his pc game (wow), hes not too bad on it now actually, it just stresses me that when i want his attention he cant give it me, earlier he was sat at the pc fighting in his game and was in conversation with me too, so i went over to kiss him (give him a taster for later when its 'our time') and he wouldnt engage in a full snog just a peck because he was fighting sum oger on his game. this isnt acceptable to me. am i wrong?

I try not to let it get to me, but since our relationship is long distance he can play the game whenever he likes when Im not around. But if Im in the shower or getting ready, he'll quite often play it. But he knows it annoys me if he plays it when im with him.
even five hours is a lot for a hobby, especially if it's several days a week. I spend quite a lot of time on AB, but it's mostly just dipping in while I'm supposed to be doing other jobs at work (as I am now...<looks over shoulder>)... no doubt it's addictive, but I must say I can sympathise with Kitten mislaying her husband for that length of time. Fine if your partner wants to join in; much less so if she doesn't, and it seems Kitten doesn't. So yes, I think there's a problem here.

. . . If a divorce happens, don't come running to me.
. . . . . . . . . . . . Go to boo instead.

Can you not imagine the kerfuffle crossy when he (and he will!) finds out why his PC isn't working for those 5 minutes?
He's an adult who I presume plays the game to ease everyday stresses, I think it's selfish to demand that he gives that time up. I know that I'd be severly ****** off if Mr Boo decided to treat me like a pubescent teen and 'confiscates' my me time

The next time he wants to be your special friend tell him you found someting to entertain you fifteen hours a day and show him your homage to rayman raving rabbits, say thanks but no thanks, perhaps another time, maybe later - maybe not. I think it's a cheek to expect you to do everything else while he is playing this game so much.
