Due to being quite warm lately, I've developed some rawness at the tops of my legs. Apart from getting a lovely young lady to massage in some asps milk, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can put on it, please?

aloe vera or E45
I feel sick.
I'd try some Aloe Vera myself, it 's very soothing
sudocrem......grey pot (for nappy rash but ive found it works on eczema and spots in the past)!
IT might be a fungal infection, if you have been getting a bit sweaty. So canestan might help you.
canestan goodsoulette?
Thats for thrush isn't it?
cold tomatoes and cucumbers (you could secure them with a bandage).........I dont know what help they'll be, but the idea of a man sitting watching tv with his upper legs covered in salad is quite amusing........
talc. deffo. x
Thrush is a fungal infection. Canestan is effective against fungal infections which can occur on the skin in any hot, sweaty areas.
Yep, John but lots of creams you put on your skin are a breeding ground for fungal infections. Babies often end up with thrush on their thighs or bottom due to bad nappy rash. Im just assuming he means his soreness is by his dangly bits not due to sunburn or owt.
I agree Canestan would be the best for it.
Canestan as mentioned by other ABer's

Tho sudacrem is a good alternative
Sounds like something I used to get. Very irritable. I used special eczema (sp I know) cream prescribed by the doctor becasue it was very uncomfortable and recurring. That was a couple of years ago and I know feel fine. Although things like Aloe Ver and E45 may be good, I find that it can sometimes irritate them more. Try a cold flannel at night (that's when mine flared up) and if it persists go to the doctor, there could be a veyr simple cream to help it go away!
I get this a lot in the hot weather and as reccomended by others sudocrem always does the job or even ordinary vasaline
Vaseline if it's from chaffing will help if applied prior to activity.
I didn't know you could even milk an asp !!!!

Thanks all. I've already tried the Sudocrem and it doesn't seem to be doig anything. I use talc every day to stop chafing.

Monkeyeyes - I'm sure that's what Cleopatra bathed in, or was that asses milk?! :o)

Goodsoulette - that's exactly where it is! :o)
sounds like it may be fungal then surreyguy. Try the canestan or maybe even daktcort ( the latter is antifungal and hydrhydrocortisone, which will tackle fungus and eczema).

Thanks.

Actually, I'll prob try my eczema cream (Betnovate). I was wary of using it before now as I usually only need to use it on some eczema patches on my arms.
