Well presumably that time would be fully utilised doing something else (nothing gained, nothing lost). Unless you spent that time waiting for something else to happen of course. But how do you quantify it?
I know a guy who wears two watches: one on each wrist (I kid you not). I always tell him that he's got too much time on his hands!
