Just a rant!

Everyday me and my boss have to take lunches at different times as me and her both cover the switchboard. I normally go at 1 and my boss normally goes at 12. Some days we shift about but mostly this is what happens. However.. I always check in with her that 1 is ok for me to go and she always says it is fine. Then she goes on lunch at 12:30ish (like she did today) and then doesn't come back until 1:30ish! It drives me mad! I am fuming! Sometimes it doesn't bother me if I don't have anything to do or if I bought lunch in with me but today I have somewhere to be and I am starving and those 30mins make all the difference!

Last week she made me 40mins late to meet a friend! By the time I met my friend I was so angry and starving hungry!

Sorry but this drives me mad and the second she gets back I will have to rush out the door, shop on an empty stomach and then bring lunch back with me!

Well if she'd give me more work I wouldn't be on AB! I don't use AB as much as people think! I will jump on for 5mins then do work for a few hours then wander back on for 10mins then work again! Some days though I spend loads of time on here as I have nothing to do and other days I don't even get a chance to check my work emails! Today is a happy medium.

Legend you idiot! Read things properly!!!!! I am not moaning about working... I am constantly asking for work! She is a **** boss, has no managment skills, everyone moans about her, she takes extra long lunch breaks, and when I tell her I need to go on lunch at 1 coz I have to meet someone or be somewhere, she says 'Yeah of course, no problem' then goes on lunch at 12:30 and doesn't come back till 1:30. She isn't a b!tch and she doesn't do it to be malicious! She just has no reasoning! She just doesn't get it. She is lacking in the ability to think of other people.
