Serious question about breasts (pervs need not reply)

Is it just me or are boobs getting bigger?
I remember as a lad growing up in the 1970's that big breasts were not very common (and believe me, I looked long and hard), but nowadays big boobs seem to be everywhere. is it a change in diet? or are bra's today made to accentuate said appendage's?

Girls are fatter, making boobs bigger. That would be the general reason, that and boob jobs but I dont really know many girls who had them done. You're right though John, my mum reckon she was considered busty and she was only a C cup.

Oh and bras are all push up, those with teeny breasts will be wearing pads, chicken fillets and liquigel bras to make them seem a bigger size.

Yeah, I reckon it's push up bra's and the fact that so many women are getting boob jobs.

my boobs are certainly bigger than they were in the 70s

I disagree, there were more curvier women back then (not that I remember) but it's always commented on!

Women are getting stick thin with fake boobs now! and showing them off more so you see them more!

Andrea the size 00 phenomenon we here about is the equal to a, then, size 8. Posh spice is a size zero and has a 23 inch waist, even when I was a kid that was a size 8. Girls are getting fatter but the famous are staying skinny.

A lot of bras nowadays are catering for the boob job.

There was a time when if you were a DD/E cup you also had a larger back measurement. Now you can buy a 32 FF off the shelf without any problems..it's women like me (38 FF) who have the problems finding boulder holders!

my boobs have just got bigger as i got older/fatter. although i've lost a lot of weight recently and my boobs havent shrunk :-)

I firmly believe the pill is to blame for this phenomenon John. That and the pills that they pump into cows to create more milk. Too many hormones in our diet causing both bigger breasts and greater incidence of breast cancer. The solution is merely to boycott milk that's not organic and stop taking the pill. Spread the word. This is no joke I'm afraid!

I hate it when implants give the wearer torpedo tats ... why part with all that dough for such an unnatural look - bizarre!!
Bra engineering appears to have improved, but I think mostly they are bigger.

I think women must be getting bigger. A few years back trying to get a small back size in anything larger than a DD was very difficult - as pippa says. But now they come in sizes up to JJ so there are some pretty large ladies around (I am one!). My only complaint is that I have to pay 2 or 3 times as much for anything over a DD cup.
