Kia Advert.

Before you moan, I think this question belongs in B and S, before Adverts as it addresses psychology and the style in which women walk.
The "Kia Ceed" car advert where a man picks a woman up and goes for a drive. As they arrive somewhere he says something like "I think we should get married, buy a house, have kids and get a dog" She says OK and they walk in to a building.
My questions:
1) At the end of the advert when she is walking, is she a bit of a ming-mong, or is that how women walk in the rain with ridiculously high heels on?
2) What exactly is the advert about?? The tag line of the commercial is a "Quality Committment", but it appears the two have only just met. I just don't get it.
3) Would you buy a Kia?
Thank you.
