On a scale of 1 to 10 how fit would you say you are? As in do you do alot of exercise etc.

I'm getting a bit wrinkly on my face = 5
a bit of a spare tyre, OK quite a big spare tyre = 3
I can run out to the car still = 10
the brain is still functioning = 7
a little overweight = 6
I've most of my hair on my head but compensating by
growing hair out of my ears and nose and growing a mono brow = 10
When I get out of bed my ankles refuse to work = 3
I can still rise to the occasion and it all still works = 25
I am still continent despite rumours to the contrary = 10
OK 9.5
So pretty dammed fit really!!!!

afternoon all..............im a minus three at the mo :(
used to be quite fit , probably a 6.5 maybe a 7 if im feeling brave, but i have two broken legs at mo and find it exceedingly difficult to wipe my own arse........
like john was saying did a small bit of kick boxing and played hockey for a local team, walked dogs but not alot else. Poor dogs have got longer toenails than me now,look more like talons...........abit scary really.....still i digress.........only another 8 weeks till i can get up and go for a decent wee again !!! :)

Its great to go on while I watch all the soaps. :-) You can get those pedal that go on floor while you are on laptop, I'm guessing that what you mean by lappy

Im by far the unfittest person i know yet still very slim!
I smoke, i drink too much, i eat farrr to many take aways, i dont walk anywhere unless i have to (apart from walking the dog) I even use the lift at work and not the stairs (partly because they scare me :() As for excercise by choice?

Not fit at all right now, I'm afraid. Used to do an hour of aerobics every day, but that was a long time ago. Just had two total knee replacements, so am hoping to get fitter in the coming months. Hopefully I can then chase RATTER around the house a bit more ... LOL :o) I do Hydrotherapy exercises once a week and a bit of pilates at home 2-3 times a day. Still a long way to go before I can claim any number on the fitness scale though. A work in progress, that's me. Well, hopefully!
