why are they perverse?

I have tried to avoid such issues but when my favourite programme tries to push it down my throat I do feel the need to rataliate.
i dont think thats perverse tho? are you not just saying that because he's gay?
blah blah blah
Question Author
Hi Rom, I am jolly and cheerful myself.

The storyline just disgusts me.
Sorry you are offednded, but gay people do express attraction for the same sex, and in a drama such as Coronation Street, where almost all aspects of human life are included and developed, the notion of homosexual attraction needs to be one of them.

I think leaping to conclusions about Sean's supposed intentions towards the body parts of a man he finds attractive, and the need for you to insert a derogatory term into the character's name says more about your attitudes than those of the script writers.

If you find yourself offended, switch off - or turn over, if that doesn't send into paroxyms of outrage at my potentially offensive suggestion ... ?

Where's Coronation Street? is it near Walford Square in Erinsborough?
I never watch the soaps, that's why God gave us G+T
Question Author
Morning Andy. I just object strongly to my favourite soap cow towing to preverse extreme views.

What is G+T?
Gin + Tonic
it's only perverse and extreme to you (so far anyway), obviously the majority don't have this odd 1950's view of our society that you have Doc, so it looks like the writers and producers are safe from a public hanging so far.

Hi Boo , strange that you use the word "odd" instead of "queer" which used to have the exact same meaning. Sign of the times eh.
Question Author
If homsexual and lesbian "activity" is soooo normal and acceptable, why is it not reflected more in childrens programmes.
not particular no, it's just the word i plumbed for.

Leg, why arent you jumping down his throat for using that awful word. I couldnt say chubby without it getting mentioned at least 5 times.

I love corrie and he is by far my favourite character.
I also believe he has a very nice bum
