After a wet and miserable summer, mental health experts are warning that we face an 'epidemic' of winter blues. People who suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) will be starting this autumn depressed after the floods, the foot and mouth scares and the more recent banking crisis. Sufferers normally feel at their best during the summer months but this year that was not the case due to the poor weather. What do you think? Do you feel generally low because of the poor summer we have had?

It would have been nice to have a few more sunny days maybe, but I'm not too bothered as I prefer winter to summer anyway.x
I feel low 'cos I've been laid off twice this year. I have many skills to offer, but when ur nearing 40, not many employers will touch you. But hey, I'm not bitter...
Morning Katie :)
I'm really not bothered about the wet summer although I would've liked a few more sunny days to be able to take my little boy outside but generally speaking autumn is my favourite time of year, especially on a day like today.
Morning Hellie.x :o)
