you are talking crap legend, every froggers and exo site had a no personal attack rule. It was admins choice that the remarks from you should be allowed to stay. As far as I know exo had the personal attack rule last time I looked at the rule list when the site first changed.

Rachel Nickell didn't die of an overdose, she was murdered (stabbed to death in front of her toddler son).

The pictures russian posted stated that it was her, along with some mumbo jumbo about her relative writing a story about her in an Asian newspaper.

If I had been the actual mother of that girl I would have been mortified to see the photo on this forum ~ even if I had allowed the picture to be used for 'awareness'

This wasn't the case here. Russian posted th photo to 'glamourise' and to gain attention. She damned well got it, too. It wasn't about the poor girl in the pic..it was about the Russian. And that in itself is sickening.
