Pain in the Neck

Yes literally. Both sides of the neck, going into sides of the head. Hurts when I try to look sideways, like a shooting pain, not in the spine or back of the neck. Could it be neuralgia! Feels like I have a chill in the neck or that I have slept unfomfortably, but had it for a few weeks now, all the time.

Try removing your pillow so your spine and head is in a straight line.

I had a torticollis (sp) and this helped.
