Today my plastercast came off after 8 weeks, and quite frankly it's a bit of a letdown :-(

My wrist still looks odd to me, but my specialist seems happy enough with it <shrug> and my arm feels like its got rubber for bones and it's very scaly and downright yucky looking- but it's getting there, yay for me!

So...how are you? (<<<Obligatory question)

And whilst you're here Eng Teach, wanted to say im so sorry about your mum, I didnt post on your thread because I didn't want know what to say (i'm crap at that sort of stuff) but I was thinking of you.

yeah boo congrats your finally free. my hubby broke his wrist in april and was so disappointed when they took his cast off as it looked strange. He still has physio as he has limited movement in it. funny to see him try to open the door with his keys has to twist his body round he he.
